Tricia Snyder Lewis

Over the past three decades, working both in the client and agency environments within strategy and operations, I have seen the power and dysfunction of outside consulting and in-house talent relationships. This insight has driven me to create RE: Source, where the talents of the client and consultancy can work together in harmony, optimizing the best of each other’s expertise. In my career path I have “collected” sources across many industries, who are recognized for their innovation and leadership in their verticals. The one common denominator is they all have a passion for solving the business puzzle that can take clients to the next level of competitiveness.

Before merging her own boutique agency in 2000 with the agency BVK to create their Chicago office, she began to integrate her love of operational process into strengthening the development of client brand programs. During this time, she added to her experience tourism, technology and start-ups. Some her clients included DuPage and Oakbrook board of Tourism, Northern Telecom and the Chicago Auto Association.

Relevant Outside Experience

Outside of Tricia’s work life, she has been very active in volunteer and board positions within governance and development. Most recently, she holds and has held appointed positions with Advocate Charitable Foundation, Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital and the Advocate Aurora Good Samaritan Development Council. Adding to her experience an understanding of what is necessary to gain Magnet, Malcomb Baldrige and other accreditations.

She is the currently chairing of the Board of Lutheran Church Charities, an organization supporting projects for those in need in the US and Aboard (most known for the Comfort Dogs and Disaster Relief programs nationally). All these roles have taught her nuances of fundraising, operations and positioning in the non-for-profit world.
